Hull is a town in Plymouth County, Massachusetts, located on a peninsula at the southern edge of Boston Harbor. For example, in October 2022, police officers arrested a 54-year-old man, after executing a warrant to search his home. The man was charged in connection with “Trafficking of Persons for Sexual Servitude,” “Engaging in Sexual Conduct for a Fee,” and “Possession of a Class B Substance.” The man’s identity was publicly disclosed.
