East Hazel Crest is a village in Illinois with a population of roughly 1,600, located 25 miles south of Chicago.  In 2010, as a result of complaints from local business owners, a reverse sting was conducted and three men were arrested.  The arrested  johns also faced a mandatory vehicle tow, a $500 administrative fee, and up to $1,000 in fines.
