Demand Forum is powered by Street Grace and the National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE) and directed by Dr. Michael Shively, Street Grace’s Director of Research and Data Analysis. Dr. Shively and Abt Associates originally developed it with grant support from the National Institute of Justice. In January 2020, the website transferred to NCOSE. In January 2021, work began on a new NIJ grant to update and expand the content on Demand Forum. As of 2024, Demand Forum is now powered by Street Grace
