Milltown is an unincorporated community in New Castle County, Delaware with approximately 12,000 residents. To address suspected prostitution and sex trafficking activity in and around two Milltown apartment complexes, the New Castle County Police Department conducted a street-level reverse sting in October 2009. The operation, which employed multiple undercover female officers as decoys, resulted in the arrest of five johns. Each was charged with solicitation, and had his name reported to the local media.
